Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2014 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction A Historical Collection of East Asian Politics and Arts in Early 20th Century, which included the work Two Pieces Of Name Cards by Zhang Xueliang. The price achieved of HKD 2,990.00 (€ 278.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 2,600.00 – 3,600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhang Xueliang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphic Couplet in November 2010 with an auction result of HKD 980,000.00 (€ 96,827.25).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2014 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion A Historical Collection of East Asian Politics and Arts in Early 20th Century durch, in der auch die Arbeit Two Pieces Of Name Cards von Zhang Xueliang zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 2.990,00 (€ 278,09) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 2.600,00 – 3.600,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhang Xueliang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphic Couplet im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 980.000,00 (€ 96.827,25).
