Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Tiger by Bamboo by Zhang Shanzi was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April last year. It achieved a price of HKD 107,100.00 (€ 12,949.17), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zhang Shanzi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Prowling Tiger in November 2011 with an auction result of HKD 4,220,000.00 (€ 403,712.18).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Tiger by Bamboo von Zhang Shanzi kam im April letzten Jahres bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 107.100,00 (€ 12.949,17) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 19%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zhang Shanzi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Prowling Tiger im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.220.000,00 (€ 403.712,18).
