The work Peach Blossom And Magpies by Zhang Naiqi was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 30,000.00 (€ 3,171.23), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Zhang Naiqi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Peach Blossoms and Swallows, which sold at auction in May 2010 for HKD 112,500.00 (€ 11,687.48).

Die Arbeit Peach Blossom And Magpies von Zhang Naiqi kam im Mai 2021 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 30.000,00 (€ 3.171,23) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Für andere Arbeiten von Zhang Naiqi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Peach Blossoms and Swallows beobachtet, die im Mai 2010 für HKD 112.500,00 (€ 11.687,48) versteigert wurde.
