Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Birds Perching On The Tree by Zhang Naiqi was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2018. The price achieved of HKD 81,250.00 (€ 8,573.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 70,000.00 – 90,000.00. Other works by Zhang Naiqi have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2010 the work Peach Blossoms and Swallows was auctioned for HKD 112,500.00 (€ 11,687.48).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 81.250,00 (€ 8.573,17) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 70.000,00 – 90.000,00 angegeben worden.
