A top price for Zhang Kai
The work The Beauty in Mind by Zhang Kai was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at POLY in Hong Kong in July last year. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 1,020,000.00 (€ 127,275.04), 36% above the upper estimate. With this result, The Beauty in Mind is even the most expensive work of art by Zhang Kai that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit The Beauty in Mind von Zhang Kai wurde im Juli letzten Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art Day Sale bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 1.020.000,00 (€ 127.275,04) und damit 36% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
