Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2018 Christies in Shanghai held the auction FIRST OPEN | Shanghai, which included the work A SCROLLED QIN TABLE by Zhang Jinhua. The price achieved of CNY 50,400.00 (€ 6,314.09) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Zhang Jinhua have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work A SOLID TOP RECESSED-LEG TABLE in September 2018 with an auction result of CNY 300,000.00 (€ 37,583.89).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2018 führte Christies in Shanghai die Auktion FIRST OPEN | Shanghai durch, in der auch die Arbeit A SCROLLED QIN TABLE von Zhang Jinhua zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 50.400,00 (€ 6.314,09) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Zhang Jinhua auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit A SOLID TOP RECESSED-LEG TABLE im September 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CNY 300.000,00 (€ 37.583,89).
