A top price for Zhang Fu - as previously expected
In April 2014 POLY in Hong Kong held the auction Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy, which included the work Pine Trees And Spring Over Hills by Zhang Fu. The price achieved of HKD 575,000.00 (€ 53,478.73) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 500,000.00 – 700,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Pine Trees And Spring Over Hills is the most expensive artwork by Zhang Fu that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im April 2014 führte POLY in Hong Kong die Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pine Trees And Spring Over Hills von Zhang Fu zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 575.000,00 (€ 53.478,73) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 500.000,00 – 700.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Pine Trees And Spring Over Hills das teuerste Kunstwerk von Zhang Fu, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
