Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pavilion in Mountain Village by Zha Shibiao was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2021. The price achieved of HKD 100,800.00 (€ 11,212.60) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zha Shibiao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Visiting Friends In The Hill in April this year with an auction result of HKD 1,296,000.00 (€ 1,323,469.57).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pavilion in Mountain Village von Zha Shibiao kam im Oktober 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 100.800,00 (€ 11.212,60) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zha Shibiao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Visiting Friends In The Hill im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.296.000,00 (€ 1.323.469,57).
