Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In April 2021 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Classical Chinese Paintings, which included the work Ode To The Goddess Of The Luo River In Regular Script by Zha Sheng. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 56,700.00 (€ 6,070.62). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zha Sheng achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poems In Running Script in March 2014 with an auction result of USD 125,000.00 (€ 90,730.93).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im April 2021 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ode To The Goddess Of The Luo River In Regular Script von Zha Sheng zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 56.700,00 (€ 6.070,62) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zha Sheng erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poems In Running Script im März 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 125.000,00 (€ 90.730,93).
