Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Saint-Tropez, Bateaux A Quai, 1953 by Yves Alix was sold in the Modern Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in December 2008. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 5,100.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yves Alix - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Été, which sold at auction in July 2008 for EUR 12,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Saint-Tropez, Bateaux A Quai, 1953 von Yves Alix wurde im Dezember 2008 in der Auktion Modern Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 5.100,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Yves Alix mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Été beobachtet, die im Juli 2008 für EUR 12.500,00 versteigert wurde.
