The work Crisp Snow by Yuri Vladimirovich Matushevsky was sold in the Art of the Soviet Union auction at Sothebys in London in November 2017. The auction ended at the price of GBP 3,500.00 (€ 3,973.02), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yuri Vladimirovich Matushevsky - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work On the River Tverets, which sold at auction in June 2021 for GBP 8,820.00 (€ 10,277.59).
