Artwork auctioned at three times the upper estimate price
The work Futurist composition with saw by Yuri Annenkov was worth GBP 22,500.00 (€ 26,420.50) to a buyer in November 2019. This price was achieved in the auction Important Russian Art at Christies in London and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of GBP 7,000.00 many times over. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yuri Annenkov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait of Aleksandr Nikolaevich Tikhonov in November 2007 with an auction result of GBP 2,260,500.00 (€ 3,165,284.82).

Die Arbeit Futurist composition with saw von Yuri Annenkov war einem Käufer im November 2019 GBP 22.500,00 (€ 26.420,50) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Important Russian Art bei Christies in London erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 7.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yuri Annenkov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait of Aleksandr Nikolaevich Tikhonov im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.260.500,00 (€ 3.165.284,82).
