This artwork by Yun Bing achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in March 2015. In the Fine Chinese Paintings auction, the work FLOWERS sold for USD 11,250.00 (€ 10,473.89) - well above the upper estimate of USD 6,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yun Bing have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Flowers in May 2013 with an auction result of HKD 475,000.00 (€ 47,105.02).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 88 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Yun Bing erzielte im März 2015 bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings wurde die Arbeit FLOWERS für USD 11.250,00 (€ 10.473,89) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 6.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yun Bing auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Flowers im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 475.000,00 (€ 47.105,02).
