This artwork by Yun Bing achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in New York in March 2018. In the Fine Classical Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy auction, the work Flowers And Butterflies sold for USD 17,500.00 (€ 14,204.55) - well above the upper estimate of USD 9,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yun Bing - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Flowers, which sold at auction in May 2013 for HKD 475,000.00 (€ 47,105.02).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Yun Bing erzielte im März 2018 bei Sothebys in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings & Calligraphy wurde die Arbeit Flowers And Butterflies für USD 17.500,00 (€ 14.204,55) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 9.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Yun Bing mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Flowers beobachtet, die im Mai 2013 für HKD 475.000,00 (€ 47.105,02) versteigert wurde.
