Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2005 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction FINE CLASSICAL CHINESE PAINTINGS AND CALLIGRAPHY, which included the work Chrysanthemum And Rocks by Yun Bing. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 57,600.00 (€ 5,998.35), 15% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Yun Bing have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Flowers in May 2013 with an auction result of HKD 475,000.00 (€ 47,105.02).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2005 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion FINE CLASSICAL CHINESE PAINTINGS AND CALLIGRAPHY durch, in der auch die Arbeit Chrysanthemum And Rocks von Yun Bing zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 57.600,00 (€ 5.998,35) und damit 15% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yun Bing auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Flowers im Mai 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 475.000,00 (€ 47.105,02).
