Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Tatalogie by Yüksel Arslan was auctioned at Christies in New York in January 2008. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 4,375.00 (€ 2,947.91) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yüksel Arslan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Arture 424, L'Homme 65 "Hypnose" (From L'Homme Ii Series) in April 2011 with an auction result of GBP 85,250.00 (€ 96,006.19).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Tatalogie von Yüksel Arslan kam im Januar 2008 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 4.375,00 (€ 2.947,91) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yüksel Arslan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Arture 424, L'Homme 65 "Hypnose" (From L'Homme Ii Series) im April 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 85.250,00 (€ 96.006,19).
