Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Tori by Yuichi Inoue was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in June 2021. It changed hands for a price of HKD 327,600.00 (€ 35,585.85) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 220,000.00 – 350,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yuichi Inoue achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Shisso (Painted In 1972) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 504,000.00 (€ 514,682.61).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Tori von Yuichi Inoue kam im Juni 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 327.600,00 (€ 35.585,85) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 220.000,00 – 350.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yuichi Inoue erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Shisso (Painted In 1972) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 504.000,00 (€ 514.682,61).
