Auction result well in line with expectations
In March 2012 Sothebys in New York held the auction Fine Classical Chinese Paintings, which included the work Leisure In The Shade Of Willow Trees by Yu Zhiding. The price achieved of USD 50,000.00 (€ 37,498.13) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yu Zhiding have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lmmortals On The Tiantai Moutntain in October 2013 with an auction result of HKD 2,645,000.00 (€ 250,996.76).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im März 2012 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Fine Classical Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Leisure In The Shade Of Willow Trees von Yu Zhiding zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 50.000,00 (€ 37.498,13) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yu Zhiding auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lmmortals On The Tiantai Moutntain im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.645.000,00 (€ 250.996,76).
