Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Deer by Yoshimasa Tsuchiya was sold in the Contemporary Asian Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2010. The price achieved of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 5,802.86) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yoshimasa Tsuchiya have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Lion in June 2021 with an auction result of HKD 327,600.00 (€ 35,585.85).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Deer von Yoshimasa Tsuchiya wurde im Oktober 2010 in der Auktion Contemporary Asian Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 5.802,86) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yoshimasa Tsuchiya auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Lion im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 327.600,00 (€ 35.585,85).
