Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ya-Hoo!!! by Yoo Seung Ho was sold in the Asian Contemporary Sale (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in December 2008. The price achieved of HKD 100,000.00 (€ 9,267.91) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 80,000.00 – 140,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yoo Seung Ho have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dada in November 2005 with an auction result of HKD 564,000.00 (€ 61,709.92).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ya-Hoo!!! von Yoo Seung Ho wurde im Dezember 2008 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Sale (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 100.000,00 (€ 9.267,91) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 80.000,00 – 140.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yoo Seung Ho auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dada im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 564.000,00 (€ 61.709,92).
