Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Ya-Hoo!!! by Yoo Seung Ho was sold in the 20th Century Chinese Art & Asian Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2005. The price achieved of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 6,248.28) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yoo Seung Ho have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dada in November 2005 with an auction result of HKD 564,000.00 (€ 61,709.92).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Ya-Hoo!!! von Yoo Seung Ho wurde im Mai 2005 in der Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art & Asian Contemporary Art bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 6.248,28) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yoo Seung Ho auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dada im November 2005 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 564.000,00 (€ 61.709,92).
