Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Wedding Dress by Yigal Ozeri was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in December 2008. Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 21,250.00 (€ 15,266.90). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yigal Ozeri - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Lizzie in Snow, which sold at auction in February 2017 for USD 55,000.00 (€ 51,798.83).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Wedding Dress von Yigal Ozeri kam im Dezember 2008 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 21.250,00 (€ 15.266,90) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Yigal Ozeri mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Lizzie in Snow beobachtet, die im Februar 2017 für USD 55.000,00 (€ 51.798,83) versteigert wurde.
