Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Landscape by Yi Sangbom was sold in the Japanese and Korean Art auction at Christies in New York in March 2013. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 3,750.00 (€ 2,926.03). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yi Sangbom achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Summer in September 2007 with an auction result of USD 79,000.00 (€ 55,559.46).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Landscape von Yi Sangbom wurde im März 2013 in der Auktion Japanese and Korean Art bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 3.750,00 (€ 2.926,03) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yi Sangbom erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Summer im September 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 79.000,00 (€ 55.559,46).
