The work Calligraphy In Lishu by Yi Lixun was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2014. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 62,500.00 (€ 6,434.56), 25% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yi Lixun - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Calligraphy, which sold at auction in October 2018 for HKD 118,000.00 (€ 13,286.97).

Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Lishu von Yi Lixun wurde im Oktober 2014 in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 6.434,56) und damit 25% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Yi Lixun mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Calligraphy beobachtet, die im Oktober 2018 für HKD 118.000,00 (€ 13.286,97) versteigert wurde.
