The work Potted Chrysanthemums by Yi Bingshou was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2016. It achieved a price of HKD 150,000.00 (€ 18,278.50), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 67%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yi Bingshou achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Poems In Kaishu in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 3,200,000.00 (€ 369,826.20).

Die Arbeit Potted Chrysanthemums von Yi Bingshou kam im November 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 150.000,00 (€ 18.278,50) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yi Bingshou erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Poems In Kaishu im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 3.200.000,00 (€ 369.826,20).
