Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2015 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Pictures, which included the work Ruins Of Nuremberg, Sevastopol 'Life Again' And Budapest by Yevgeni Khaldei. The price achieved of GBP 1,750.00 (€ 2,467.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yevgeni Khaldei achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Original Maquette for Ot Murmanska do Berlina. Sto Mgnovenii Voiny 1941-1945. Sobytiia i Liudi (From Murmansk to Berlin. One Hundred Moments of the War 1941-1945. Events and People.) in October 2017 with an auction result of USD 100,000.00 (€ 85,851.65).
Sto Mgnovenii Voiny 1941-1945. Sobytiia i Liudi (From Murmansk to Berlin. One Hundred Moments of the War 1941-1945. Events and People.) im Oktober 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 100.000,00 (€ 85.851,65).
