Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2021 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Urban & Pop Contemporary, which included the work Sans Titre - 2013 by Yeemd. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,900.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yeemd - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Alpha Purple, 2010, which sold at auction in February 2012 for EUR 8,671.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2021 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Urban & Pop Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans Titre - 2013 von Yeemd zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.900,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Yeemd mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Alpha Purple, 2010 beobachtet, die im Februar 2012 für EUR 8.671,00 versteigert wurde.
