This artwork by Yeemd achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in March 2011. In the Street Art auction, the work Alpha Yellow, 2009 sold for EUR 4,845.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Yeemd; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Alpha Purple, 2010 sold at auction in February 2012 with the realized price of EUR 8,671.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Yeemd erzielte im März 2011 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Street Art wurde die Arbeit Alpha Yellow, 2009 für EUR 4.845,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Yeemd; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Alpha Purple, 2010 im Februar 2012 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 8.671,00.
