Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Persimmon by Yee Bon was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in October this year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 240,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 264,000.00 (€ 31,925.81). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yee Bon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong in November 2010 with an auction result of HKD 5,180,000.00 (€ 511,801.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Persimmon von Yee Bon wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 240.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 264.000,00 (€ 31.925,81) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yee Bon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.180.000,00 (€ 511.801,17).
