The work Chrysanthemum by Yee Bon was auctioned at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in October this year. It achieved a price of HKD 312,000.00 (€ 37,730.51), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 30%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yee Bon achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong in November 2010 with an auction result of HKD 5,180,000.00 (€ 511,801.17).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 30 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Chrysanthemum von Yee Bon kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 312.000,00 (€ 37.730,51) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 30%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yee Bon erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Victoria Harbour, Hong Kong im November 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 5.180.000,00 (€ 511.801,17).
