Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Guai Guai No. 24 by Ye Hongxing was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 80,000.00 – 120,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 87,500.00 (€ 8,565.27) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Ye Hongxing have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2013 the work Misty No. 25 was auctioned for HKD 125,000.00 (€ 11,861.85).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Guai Guai No. 24 von Ye Hongxing kam im April 2013 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 80.000,00 – 120.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 87.500,00 (€ 8.565,27) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Ye Hongxing konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2013 die Arbeit Misty No. 25 für HKD 125.000,00 (€ 11.861,85) versteigert.
