Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Misty No.5 by Ye Hongxing was sold in the 20th Century Chinese Art auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2014. It changed hands for a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 6,975.49) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Other works by Ye Hongxing have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2013 the work Misty No. 25 was auctioned for HKD 125,000.00 (€ 11,861.85).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Misty No.5 von Ye Hongxing wurde im April 2014 in der Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 6.975,49) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Ye Hongxing konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2013 die Arbeit Misty No. 25 für HKD 125.000,00 (€ 11.861,85) versteigert.
