Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Tug & Pull by Yasmin Sison was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2015. It changed hands for a price of HKD 175,000.00 (€ 20,533.93) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 140,000.00 – 180,000.00. Other works by Yasmin Sison have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2008 the work Into the woods (Rabbit) was auctioned for HKD 391,500.00 (€ 32,230.82).

Die Arbeit Tug & Pull von Yasmin Sison wurde im Mai 2015 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 175.000,00 (€ 20.533,93) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 140.000,00 – 180.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Yasmin Sison konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2008 die Arbeit Into the woods (Rabbit) für HKD 391.500,00 (€ 32.230,82) versteigert.
