Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitiled by Yannick Ackah was auctioned at Phillips in London in December last year. It achieved a price of GBP 13,860.00 (€ 15,646.59), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 16%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yannick Ackah - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work without title, which sold at auction in March this year for GBP 50,800.00 (€ 57,794.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitiled von Yannick Ackah kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Phillips in London zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 13.860,00 (€ 15.646,59) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 16%. Für andere Arbeiten von Yannick Ackah mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit ohne Titel beobachtet, die im März diesen Jahres für GBP 50.800,00 (€ 57.794,81) versteigert wurde.
