The work Contemplative Peter Pan Bodhisttva of Great Future by Yang Mao-Lin was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2006. It achieved a price of HKD 180,000.00 (€ 18,079.95), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 50%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yang Mao-Lin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Behaviour of Game - Fighting Chapter, which sold at auction in May 2010 for HKD 524,000.00 (€ 54,437.71).

Die Arbeit Contemplative Peter Pan Bodhisttva of Great Future von Yang Mao-Lin wurde im Mai 2006 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 180.000,00 (€ 18.079,95) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 50%. Für andere Arbeiten von Yang Mao-Lin mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Behaviour of Game - Fighting Chapter beobachtet, die im Mai 2010 für HKD 524.000,00 (€ 54.437,71) versteigert wurde.
