Auction result well in line with expectations
The work White Pigeons by Yan Bolong was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong in April this year. The price achieved of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 61,271.74) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00. Other works by Yan Bolong have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2019 the work Twelve Zodiac Signs was auctioned for HKD 688,125.00 (€ 78,651.67).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit White Pigeons von Yan Bolong wurde im April diesen Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY in Grand Hyatt Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 61.271,74) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Yan Bolong konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2019 die Arbeit Twelve Zodiac Signs für HKD 688.125,00 (€ 78.651,67) versteigert.
