Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Lady With Fan by Xu Cao was auctioned at China Guardian in October this year. It achieved a price of HKD 14,400.00 (€ 1,741.41), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Xu Cao achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Riding In Spring in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 943,000.00 (€ 108,983.16).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Lady With Fan von Xu Cao kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei China Guardian zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 14.400,00 (€ 1.741,41) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Xu Cao erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Riding In Spring im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 943.000,00 (€ 108.983,16).
