Upper estimate price exceeded by 32 %.
The work Calligraphy by Xing Yun was auctioned at POLY in May this year. It achieved a price of HKD 26,400.00 (€ 3,164.33), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 32%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Xing Yun achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Calligraphy in April this year with an auction result of HKD 132,000.00 (€ 134,797.83).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 32 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Calligraphy von Xing Yun kam im Mai diesen Jahres bei POLY zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 26.400,00 (€ 3.164,33) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 32%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Xing Yun erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Calligraphy im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 132.000,00 (€ 134.797,83).
