This artwork by Wukun Wanambi achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Sydney / Melbourne in April 2021. In the Important Australian Art auction, the work without title sold for AUD 15,990.00 (€ 13,291.77) - well above the upper estimate of AUD 8,000.00. This high result makes the work without title the most expensive artwork by Wukun Wanambi that we have observed at auctions so far.
