Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2015 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Modern Paintings, which included the work Mountain Mist by Wu Yueliu. It changed hands for a price of HKD 75,000.00 (€ 8,674.02) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Other works by Wu Yueliu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2013 the work Waterfall was auctioned for HKD 106,250.00 (€ 10,536.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2015 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mountain Mist von Wu Yueliu zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 75.000,00 (€ 8.674,02) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Wu Yueliu konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2013 die Arbeit Waterfall für HKD 106.250,00 (€ 10.536,65) versteigert.
