Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2015 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Modern Paintings, which included the work Mountain Landscape With Purple Light by Wu Yueliu. The price achieved of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 7,424.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Other works by Wu Yueliu have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2013 the work Waterfall was auctioned for HKD 106,250.00 (€ 10,536.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2015 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mountain Landscape With Purple Light von Wu Yueliu zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 7.424,72) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Wu Yueliu konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2013 die Arbeit Waterfall für HKD 106.250,00 (€ 10.536,65) versteigert.
