Upper estimate price exceeded by 47 %.
The work Mahasattva by Wu Tai was sold in the Fine Chinese Paintings auction at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April last year. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 176,400.00 (€ 21,328.04), 47% above the upper estimate. Other works by Wu Tai have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 200,000.00 (€ 22,533.00) in April 2016 for the work Hong Kong At Sunset.

Die Arbeit Mahasattva von Wu Tai wurde im April letzten Jahres in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings bei Sothebys in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 176.400,00 (€ 21.328,04) und damit 47% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Wu Tai haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 200.000,00 (€ 22.533,00) im April 2016 für die Arbeit Hong Kong At Sunset beobachtet.
