Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Wimo Ambala Bayang; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Bu Kabul Ingin Keluarganya Selalu Berada Di Jalan Yang Diberkati Tuhan (Mrs Kabul Wishes Her Family Will Always Be In God'S Path - High Hope Series) sold at auction in October 2011 with the realized price of HKD 27,500.00 (€ 2,539.61).
