The auction ended at the price of GBP 1,800.00 (€ 2,604.57), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of GBP 1,200.00 – 1,800.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, At The Blacksmiths is the most expensive artwork by William Barr that we have observed at auctions so far.
