A top price for Willem de Heusch - as previously expected
The work Italianate Landscape With Shepherds by Willem de Heusch was auctioned at Sothebys in New York in April 2015. The result of USD 40,000.00 (€ 35,835.87) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Italianate Landscape With Shepherds is the most expensive artwork by Willem de Heusch that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Italianate Landscape With Shepherds von Willem de Heusch kam im April 2015 bei Sothebys in New York zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 40.000,00 (€ 35.835,87) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00.
