Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Autumn Colours by Wei Zhaotao was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2008. It changed hands for a price of HKD 68,750.00 (€ 5,659.95) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Other works by Wei Zhaotao have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2000 the work Landscape was auctioned for HKD 64,625.00 (€ 9,763.05).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Autumn Colours von Wei Zhaotao kam im Mai 2008 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 68.750,00 (€ 5.659,95) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Wei Zhaotao konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2000 die Arbeit Landscape für HKD 64.625,00 (€ 9.763,05) versteigert.
