Auction result well in line with expectations
The work White Wolf by Wang Yuping was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2008. The price achieved of HKD 68,750.00 (€ 6,993.18) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 60,000.00 – 80,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Yuping achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dong Mengyang (Painted In 2013) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 1,200,000.00 (€ 1,225,434.78).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit White Wolf von Wang Yuping kam im Oktober 2008 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 68.750,00 (€ 6.993,18) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 60.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Yuping erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dong Mengyang (Painted In 2013) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.200.000,00 (€ 1.225.434,78).
