Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2015 Sothebys in Beijing held the auction Modern and Contemporary Chinese Art, which included the work Fish by Wang Yuping. The price achieved of CNY 106,200.00 (€ 15,100.17) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as CNY 90,000.00 – 150,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Wang Yuping achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Dong Mengyang (Painted In 2013) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 1,200,000.00 (€ 1,225,434.78).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2015 führte Sothebys in Beijing die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Fish von Wang Yuping zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von CNY 106.200,00 (€ 15.100,17) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit CNY 90.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Wang Yuping erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Dong Mengyang (Painted In 2013) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.200.000,00 (€ 1.225.434,78).
