The work Plum Blossoms by Wang Yishan was sold in the Chinese Paintingsonline only auction at Bonhams in Hong Kong in April 2019. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 8,287.50 (€ 943.36), 66% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Wang Yishan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Pine Tree, which sold at auction in April 2019 for HKD 25,500.00 (€ 2,902.64).

Die Arbeit Plum Blossoms von Wang Yishan wurde im April 2019 in der Auktion Chinese Paintingsonline only bei Bonhams in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 8.287,50 (€ 943,36) und damit 66% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Wang Yishan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Pine Tree beobachtet, die im April 2019 für HKD 25.500,00 (€ 2.902,64) versteigert wurde.
