In the Latin America: Modern Art auction, the work Indice De Paisagem And Esphelo changed hands for USD 13,750.00 (€ 13,018.37) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 18,000.00 – 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Waltércio Caldas have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Azul de Superfície in November 2012 with an auction result of USD 98,500.00 (€ 75,710.99).
